- All sales are final. Goods once purchased cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers are requested to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any concerns regarding quantity, quality, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- A late payment charge of 2% per month will be applied to all overdue invoices from the due date until full payment is received.
- Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Delays caused by suppliers, transport providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control shall not be our responsibility.
- Our warranty or guarantee, if applicable, ceases once the material leaves our premises and does not cover damages caused during transportation, improper handling, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or shortage occurring during transportation. Customers are advised to verify goods upon delivery.
- Ownership of goods shall remain with the company until full payment has been received.
- The company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and billing information. The company shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the purchase of goods or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
- The company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or transportation disruptions, may affect order fulfillment timelines and shall not constitute a breach of contract.
- Any special terms agreed upon between the company and the customer must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
